To ensure optimal service and availability for all clients, we kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. All no showed appointments will also result in a 20% fee of the scheduled service price. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client.
